Shipping Policy

a)After receiving payment of subscription amount from the customer, the subscription box will be dispatched and a notification will be given to the customers on their registered email-id / mobile no.

b) At the time of receiving delivery from our shipping partner / delivery agent, the customers are advised to open the Subscription box in front of the delivery agent to check the status of toys. Though the damage of the toys would be a rare occurrence in the shipping, however if any of the toy/toys are found damaged in shipping, the customer shall be given a refund of the damaged toy / toys or a fresh box in exchange. For this purpose, customers are advised to share a video on info@yellohippo.in clearly showing damaged toy/toys in the hands of the delivery boy, within 10 hours of receiving the box. The refund against damaged toys / exchange of the box shall be applicable on receiving validation of the same from our shipping partner.

For exchange of the box, the new box shall be dispatched on receiving the returned box from the customer. The box will be inspected by our team, and an email will be sent to the customer to acknowledge the receipt of the returned box and dispatch of the new box in exchange.

If a customer is not available to receive a subscription box at the time of delivery, the delivery agent will attempt twice for delivery. However if a customer is not available despite the repeated attempt, the shipping partner will return the box to the company by charging an additional cost of shipping and the same would be payable by the customers.

However if customers cannot be available to receive the box from our delivery agent due to any reason and inform the same at info@yellohippo.in requesting to hold the delivery of the subscription box, the box may be kept on hold at maximum for 5 days at no additional charges. To keep the box on hold for more than 5 days, customers have to pay additional charges to the shipping partner for storage. Otherwise, shipping partner will return the box to the company by charging an additional cost of shipping and the same would be payable by the customers.

Regarding damaged toys if any found at the time of delivery of box:
The only and rare occurrence of damage in the toys may be during the shipping. In such a scenario the customer will be given either a refund / exchange of box as explained above in Para 4 (b).
